All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing begins once your order confirmation email has been received.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

We offer free standard shipping on most products, unless stated otherwise.

Please note: while we do our best to deliver your order on time, Aurelia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

At Aurelia, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
Our return policy is designed to make this process simple and transparent.


Return Period

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.


Refunds

Upon return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding any return shipping fees.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aureliastore.nl.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
We handle these cases individually to ensure a satisfying solution.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming its arrival.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method — usually sooner.

    Note: changes are no longer possible once your order has shipped.

Aurelia is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask you to place a new order.
